Nick Henley is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 35 years of experience across home building, renovation, and commercial construction. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from McMaster University and an MBA from the University of Fredericton. Nick has led large, complex projects as a project manager, contractor, and business owner, and currently serves as President of the Durham Region Home Builders’ Association. His career spans project planning, cost estimating, contractor evaluation, permitting, and construction execution, giving him a rare, end-to-end understanding of how projects succeed or fail. Through his personal advisory practice, Nick provides independent, strategic guidance to homeowners, commercial clients, and contractors, helping them make informed decisions, reduce risk, avoid costly mistakes, and protect their investments before and during construction.
